We chat with Baroness Sally Morgan, Master of Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge and former Chair of Ofsted. Baroness Morgan worked as a teacher before becoming an advisor to Tony Blair, a Cabinet Office Minister for Women and later Chair of Ofsted.
