We need to step out of the stress illusion – thinking stress is outside of us.
Accept our experience of stress is happening on the inside and is leaving clues for us to pay attention to.
Our job is to have a proactive response by listening to our clues so we can avoid stress explosions.
It’s time to LISTEN to our stress clues.
The sooner you listen, the easier it is for you to navigate life and perform in it the way you want to.
