Today, on The Wildheart Diaries I’m talking about starting all over again. I’m not a stranger to turning the page and freeing myself from situations that aren’t in alignment with my values. It’s not easy. It takes time, faith and Wildheart courage. It’s also overwhelming and scary. That’s why many of us stay stuck in toxic situation-ships and repeatedly do things which are no good for us. It’s better the devil you know, right?
To start this new adventure with you has felt like starting over again. I’m going to share that process with you – how I got here and why I had to let go of so much to create space for the new to come in. Letting go is not as easy as it sounds you know!
