Being a leader is harder than what people think. They see what we do and do not think about what goes on behind the scenes. In this episode, I explain the traits of a good leader as well as my leadership experiences. Throughout my life, I have been in many leadership positions starting as early as year 9. Being in those roles have open doors for me as equipping me for life. Leadership varies from person to person people all over the world, and it also means different things in different circumstances.
