In your journey of becoming a better version of yourself, you have to look after your mental, physical, emotional, spiritual wellbeing. A lot of us for many reasons forget to set boundaries with the people around us which is understandable. It is important to make sure you express what's ok and what’s not okay, what bothers you and what doesn’t, what you need and what you don’t etc. You need to let people know you won’t accept less than. As well as setting boundaries you need to be able to preserve them. In this podcast, I share reasons to persevere, build and set boundaries across all areas of your life.
