In this episode of OTC, Paul and Karl speak with Dr. Grace Lee. Dr. Lee is a career mentor, educator, speaker, and neuroscience expert. Dr. Lee says she chose research medicine to help people who couldn't currently be helped in medical care and invent new methodologies. She also provides the meaning behind neuroscience and neurochemicals and their application to your clients. Dr. Lee encourages asking your clients what they want since it will give insight into the method of selling. She points out how we weren't taught as a society to talk about what we need, only how to vent about our problems. She tops off the episode by speaking on the importance of not having a preconceived notion of your clients and what her ideal Mount Rushmore (or city) would be.
