Why do we self-sabotage? We can’t just “skip to the good part." In order to feel good there is work that needs to be done. 

First things first is stepping out of the victim mentality and accepting responsibly for our life. 

There are many things that might cause us to be in that victim mentality, including trauma. Seeking help when you need to is super important.
