The Bible talks about Joy and how important it is for us on a daily basis. The Bible says that "The Joy of the Lord is our Strength" Don't let the devil or the distractions of this world bring you to a place of depression. The Joy of Jesus will bring you though. Let the Joy bubble out your belly. Ephesians 5 v 18
