First off, we wanna apologize for delaying yet another episode. Not gonna lie, this one is a mess folks and it ain't pretty. Due to unforeseen technical errors, Armand's audio and project files disappeared after his audio editing software crashed as he was in the middle of editing the episode. Luckily, we have backup audio from our Discord voice call. However as a result, Armand's audio is in much lower quality. His voice just randomly kinda speeds up and slows down which is very very weird. So if you find this episode unlistenable, just know that we are terribly sorry for the setbacks and we're gonna make sure that none of this nonsense occurs again. Our next episode will come out on October 1st as scheduled!
On this week's episode, Jo & Armand discuss the emotionally impactful film Sound Of Metal and it's representation of deafness before getting super bad and outta sight as the two talk about Black Dynamite! Can ya dig it?
Jo's recommendation for next episode: Suspiria (1977) [we also will probably watch the 2018 remake]
Disclaimer music: Sunny Side Up from Black Dynamite soundtrack
Intro music: Metal (Gary Numan Cover) by Armand Garcia
Outro music: The Mint (Instrumental) by Earl Sweatshirt
