Description

In this episode, we discuss how to tell someone about your mental illness? Why is it even important to tell someone and how to cope with bad reactions?
So why does this feel like a big thing to some individuals or for others it is an everyday phenomenon. My answer to that is you can tell about your mental illness to whoever you want to, it is completely your decision to whom you wanna tell.
But there is a lot of shame, guilt, and stigma associated with mental illness and that is why we have people always talking about their peanut allergies and not everyone talking about their anxiety.
