The Lakers put a stop to the losing streak with Dennis Schroder back in the lineup. They beat the Portland Trail Blazers 103 to 92 on the defensive containment of Damian Lillard as well as a much needed spark in offense from Schroder, Harrell and Caruso. The Lakers are still struggling from long range going 7 for 27 on this game but they had more blocks and steals and less turnovers than Portland. Effectively relying on their defense to win games like they did last season.
Lebron James finished with 28 points, 11 and 7, Dennis Schröder 22 points, Montrez Harrell had 17 points and 9 rebounds and Caruso finished with 10 points
