The 2021 Beckman season will be a learning curve for the program as they lose 8 seniors and longtime player and assistant coach Conner Klostermann. Head Coach Fred Martin joined the Dubuque Area Baseball Podcast to talk about his 2021 team who is coming off a disappointing 9-13 season. Beckman returns offensive juggernaut behind the plate Owen Huehnergarth who is coming off a huge season where he hit over 300 and drove in 25 RBIs. Nick Oferman also is a returning offensive powerhouse in the Beckman lineup. The pitching staff returns Logan Burchard who was an innings eater last year and had an ERA below 3.00. Other promising arms returning are Bryce Boekholder and Cameron Krapfl.
