The 2021 Preseason All Dubuque Team is here! For the second time we break down the 3A and 4A programs in the area and create the Preseason All Dubuque Team and Preseason Awards. This is very similar to a Preseason All Big10 or Preseason All American in college athletics. Players were selected on past seasons stats and future plans. At the end of the year we will analyze stats and name the second ever All Dubuque Team.
