We follow Casey Perrenoud of Western Dubuque, Cole Smith of Dubuque Senior, Zach Sabers of Dubuque Hempstead, and Tommy Spechtt of Wahlert Catholic High School as they share how they are preparing for the upcoming season under unprecedented times. They share how this year is different from past years, but also give us the inside scope on what they did before the pandemic hit. They talk about tough pitchers and hitters in the area and also the Mississippi Valley Conference. We enjoy a game of Around the Horn and end with Closing Time where the players talk about future plans in baseball and life after baseball. Coach Maneman ends with the lost art of base running.
