God decreed everything He made good, as He created them. This continued until the sixth day when He had made everything, but man, and He declared all of this created reality to be good. Then in the latter part of the sixth day God created Adam, but it was not until He had created Eve and looked back at all He had made, that He declared all of creation to be very good. Was this an oversight or something deeper?
