Description

The state understandably abhors violence in the street. Riots indicate a break-down of the social order. But when there is a two-tier policing system and a state that no longer does its proper job, many see violence as a last resort. The question is not if violence is never justified, because any government will argue there are times when violence is the only option. The question is if violence is the answer when faced with a government that has alienated the people?
