These are three conditions that a spirit led church must meet. The spiritually mature church 1) creates no costs that others pay, 2) it does not enable freeloaders or the externalization of costs onto society and future generations, and 3) its pays everyone for the work they do for the church to build the church. This is tantamount to creating an unregulated market. The spiritually mature church operates as a free market and when fully functional, the spiritually mature church eliminates the state.
