The solutions of the state are the problems of the citizen. The more we look to the state for solutions, the more problems the citizen will have. Citizens are people who control the conditions of citizenship to create a nation. The more we rely on the state the less control of the nation we have and the less we are citizens with the rights of citizens and the more we are subjects of the state, with only the legal rights the state grants us.
