No system contains instructions to its use. No set of instructions is operational without a group of factors able to be operated by means of systematic manipulation existing independently of the instructions. Nature cannot contain natural law and natural law cannot have originated from within the operations of nature. Empirical science in this sense is not objective in the way it discusses or investigates nature. Natural science operates according to a hidden agenda and a false and misleading mandate. Science cannot investigate nature dispassionately because the meta-data needed to understand nature cannot be included in nature or coded within the natural world. There has to be an external set of instructions, a metadata that explains why nature is as it is.
