Any place anywhere can create businesses without risk by starting a charitable institution called an Exchange. All that is needed is people who are willing to help one another. The rest is easy. Even Africa or any financially stressed economy has people and if these people will open their hearts to the needs of other they can create economic development easily and safely without risk or threat of loss.
