CC earned a doctorate in organizational leadership, but not before attending the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) earning a degree in culinary arts and hospitality management. She also earned an MBA in finance, and a Masters in Education, Instructional Technology. She runs distance races and does Crossfit and Olympic Weightlifting for fun.
