When was the last time you accessed your strengths? 

The word access means to take back or activate; likewise, what career strengths have you activated? In today's episode of The Latika Vines Show, Latika discusses the importance of knowing how to access your strengths, while assessing what they are. 

To discover your strengths you must ask yourself the following questions: 

1. What do you like to do the most? 
2. What do other people say you do well? 
3. What do you wish you could do more of? 
4. What drains your energy? 

To access or activate your strengths, you must do the following: 

1. Keep a Career Accomplishment Journal (get yours HERE)
2. Gain clarity on your Career Vision 
3. Know the value you add to your organization and position 
4. Walk confidently knowing your value
