I start off talking a little bit about deals that can be too good to be true and how I nearly got scammed, then move on to these two beauties. Both offerings from a very large portfolio from Heaven Hill were very similar and very delicious. The new 7 year old BIB is a wonderful offering if you can get it at MSRP, which should be under 40 as should the McKenna 10 year old single barrel. Trouble is both of these bottles are hard to find these days and are going for sometimes double that. Still, both are solid pours, smooth to drink and have delightful profiles. If you can get your hands on either of these, you won't be disappointed.
