I discuss Aromatherapy basics and history, mainstream practices and uses of essential oils that aren't necessarily safe or effective, how to recognize and trust companies that sell essential oils and Patricia Davis's Astrological Aromatherapy Signature Oils for each zodiac sign. I also touch on the correspondences between the plants, oils and planets.

I discuss Tuesday's Cancer New Moon, the current astro-weather, particularly the collective experience of the current Mars/Pluto square, the energy of the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn) and how to navigate the tension, anger and shadow work we're being called to do at this time.
