Episode 21 of Becoming Chiron is all about the upcoming Total Solar Eclipse/2nd Aries New Moon and Chiron in the ninth house of one's natal chart.
The Astro Weather Check: I recorded this episode today, Tuesday 4/18, as the Moon is waning through Aries on its way to newness and to eclipse the Sun on Thursday, 4/20 (12:12 am EDT). Shortly after the eclipse, the Moon will shift into Taurus at 12:30 am (EDT) followed by the Sun at 4:14 am (EDT) beginning Taurus season. I discuss the energies of this potent Solar Eclipse, the squares involved with Pluto and Mars/Chiron and offer guidance for staying grounded during this time. The next Mercury Retrograde also begins close to the eclipse, on Friday 4/21 at 4:35 am. The current energies offer us a great opportunity for close attention to what's coming in for us, especially in our dreams, for slowing down and to embrace our inner warrior energy. Awareness around where the eclipse is happening for you in your own chart offers many opportunities for specific themes, as well as reflection on what was happening for you roughly 18 years ago when the eclipse was in the same space of your chart. If you have any placements in the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn) pay close attention! Fixed signs as well (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius) since this eclipse is happening on the border between Aries and Taurus.
