Derrick Reiner is a full-time real estate professional. He works as a Valuation Analyst at Altus Group, an international real estate consulting firm. In his role at Altus Group, he is responsible for conducting the initial market analysis and financial modeling for over four billion dollars in institutional-quality commercial real estate, on a quarterly basis. Additionally, Derrick is the Managing Principal of Ryno Capital Investments - a real estate syndication and consulting firm, and the host of Capital Stack with Derrick Reiner. Derrick has a BBA in Economics with Honors and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Houston with certificates in real estate & corporate finance. Derrick attributes much of his success to the mindset and determination that he gained while serving in the U.S. Army.
