Where do you reflexively turn in times of stress? Some turn to social media to zone out; others veg out in front of the TV. Some find comfort through indulging in food. Others involves themselves in more destructive coping mechanisms: cutting, eating disorders, drug use, etc. And still others turn to seemingly good activities—exercise, serving others, ministry—only to find themselves even more burnt-out.
