Description

So sometimes I get overwhelmed with new information and just need to figure out stuff for myself. After an evening switching off watching a boxset cause my body was overwhelmed with work, I felt lazy and maybe even worse off than when I started!

This rant is me wondering if there is another way to look at self-care and get myself feeling great again. Why is it I push myself to the absolute limit and then have nothing left in me but the CRASH button!
