For this episode we had a coffee table conversation with Vij Senthilnathan, a clinical study lead motivated by her passion to find solutions to problems. Her solution for under-enrolled clinical studies was to team up with People With Empathy, as one of their board members. People with Empathy connects key stakeholders in healthcare in order to improve the quality of life of patients and care partners. People with empathy is based on the core value of 'Empathy'- putting ourselves in the shoes of others - patients, clinicians, researchers, manufacturers, payers, and policymakers - and communicating. They believe empathy is the bridge from where we are to where we want to go.
