Description

What does it mean to ground yourself? To ground yourself is to help you refocus your energy on what is happening in the moment and create more space for yourself energetically, creating connection in your mind and body. During a time of groundlessness, like the pandemic we are currently facing, it's even more important to engage in grounding exercises to help dispel unwanted anxiety and stress, and also keep you mentally and physically healthy. In this episode of Radical Choices, I talk about ways to apply the mind, body, and spirit framework to explore how you can ground yourself, as well as my own personal experience engaging in these exercises. In applying these grounding techniques, you can operate with more faith, ease, and clarity to help you acclimate to your new normal, helping you create more mastery of who you are and what you can control.
