Everyone is a little stressed out right now.  Chronic stress includes headaches, insomnia, muscle tension, stomach distress such as heartburn and acid reflux, and joint pain.  Demands of physical distancing may mean that your usual stress management strategies, such as going to the gym or hanging out with loved ones, are no longer accessible to you. Robert gives us 10 tips on how to reduce our stress and anxiety as well as some apps to help us out in this new environment. 

Robert McMillian is a Community Readiness Consultant at Joint Base Charleston's Military & Family Readiness Center and is a certified Mindfulness instructor.  Koru Mindfulness instructor which is an evidence-based program developed by Duke University which has been shown to reduce anxiety.*
