Dr Brian Nall is the executive director of the Pensacola Bay Baptist Association, a local association of about 60 churches in Escambia County Florida.
Brian assists these local congregations in three primary areas: 1. Encourage - providing professional and spiritual support for pastors 2. Equip - training and resources for church leaders 3. Engage - cooperate and serve together to reach the community for Christ
One of the most important services that Brian provides for churches is a top-to-bottom analysis of church health using the "12 Characteristics of a Healthy Church". We spent a good portion of our conversation talking about the key indicators of church health.
