Student Ambassadors Hannah Dibble and Yzzy Bostyn interview Hielke Vriesendorp on his PhD studies, higher education journey, Sheffield, accents, and more. 

Hielke Vriesendorp is a Teaching Associate in Sociolinguistics at the University of Sheffield, and specialises in the perception of accents and language and sexuality. He did a PhD at the university researching how accent information is stored in memory.
