Kelley Brown is a licensed clinical counselor, life coach, educator, author and founder of Joy in Motion, Mentorship Program (www.joynmotion.org). As a mental health authority in the State of Georgia, Kelley provides oversight, training, and assistance for community treatment teams at The Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). She is a member of a state wide Faith Base Initiative designed to educate the faith community on mental health awareness.
