In this episode, we talk about e-commerce, experiential retail and empathy with Kristin and Melissa, co-founders of Good Grief, an online gifting platform that sells curated care packages for life's twists and turns– from loss of a loved one to depression, and so on.
Melissa is a design professional with 10+ years of experience in specialty retail and wholesale. While the highlights of her career include overseeing the retail operations at the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum and designing jewelry for Sundance Catalog, they were merely stepping-stones on her way to realizing her dreams of becoming an entrepreneur.
Kristin is a PR major turned marketer who has spent the past decade developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across an array of industries including beauty, retail and professional sports.
Tune in to hear how these sisters turned life’s lemons into their own version of lemonade and are creating space for others to do the same.
