Whilst we talk about mental health and the acceptance of trans people in our work places, a conversation I had with a young man really made me think and raise an interesting question, should plant hire outfits that offer operated services be offering a holiday pay incentive for reliable and conscientious operators to keep their high standards and give newer operators something to aspire to?
