As I am about to embark on my PhD exploring how we build Flourishing Communities in educational settings, you can imagine how excited I became when I came across Eric's work.
I wanted to talk to him about generating meaningful conversations about life, culture and change as well as cultivating healthy organisations.
We focused in particular on:
- Eric's own journey
- The problem with labels and labels in the world
- Why the title 'dancing with change'?
- Our organisations as communities
- Questions to ask when opening a new space
- The arrogance of pretending to know what's good for other people.
We had such an in-depth and fascinating conversation and we didn't have time to address how we cultivate healthy organisations so I am looking forward to our round 2.
