This week I had a wonderful and joyful conversation with Ros Wilson about the importance of talk.
With over 55 years experience in education, including 27 years in schools, ten years in senior management positions and 14 years in advisory and inspection work.
She has taught in primary, middle and secondary schools in England and overseas and has a wide experience in teaching and advising on raising achievement for pupils with English as an additional language and also pupils with special educational needs.
She is the creator of Big Writing (books published by Oxford University press), VCOP and the criterion scale.
