If you want to make a change in your life you have to change your identify. You have to do something you have never done before to be somebody you have never been before.
Are you someone that?
Doesn’t hit the snooze Works out 5 days a week Reads for 10 minutes a day Eats a vegetable with every meal Journals everyday Notice all the example are process related and not goal related.
