Holding onto negative feelings like anger and resentment towards ourselves, situations, or other people can make us feel trapped. And when we feel like victims, we essentially feel powerless. Thats why forgiveness is extremely powerful when it comes to your own personal growth as it helps you take your power back into your own hands. When we release people, events, and choose to forgive ourselves, we find freedom. We relieve ourselves from the feelings that cause us pain, and we return to love. And returning to love is all about seeing things through a new perspective. In this podcast episode, I talk about the power of forgiveness and how forgiving and letting go is a sign of strength.
