To find out your motivation in Human Design, go to www.GeneticMatrix.com and create a FREE PROFILE. From there, you'll go to the drop down area where it says "Quantum." Drop it down to "Mind." You'll see your motivation, tranference, and trajectory.
As with everything, if this doesn't resonate with you, maybe it's not for you! Also this is just my interpretation and understanding of this. I'm sure there are many different perspectives on the topic.
