Matt Ash is the Director of Learning Performance at Media Zoo. He's also the man with no name gunslinger who is here to clean up the town armed with with some badass tattoos and a gun called truth. I'm rambling but you get what I mean. We need more Matt Ash's in the industry shining a light on the good stuff and calling bullshit on the stuff that just doesn't matter. And asking the questions that need to be asked - like do we need learning designers? And his rage is very eloquent - must be the accent. Enjoy!
