In this episode, I interviewed a former college running back from Shepherd University who is a great example of learning through personal failures. After a successful career in high school, this guest took his talents to Shepherd University, but he started to question if he still loved the game of football and whether he wanted to continue playing. This guest has taken the lessons and principles learned through football and applied them to his aviation work for the Army National Guard and his passion to mentor the next generation of athletes.
