The isolation, uncertainty and changes to our everyday lives that we are experiencing due to COVID-19 can be a lot to handle. In this episode, we are talking about mental health and some ways in which we can cope with what we're experiencing, individually and collectively. Karen Stevensen, a clinical social worker and a Lutheran Pastor, shares some of her coping strategies, some of the ways she finds community, and different ways we can think about the people around as we all go through something unprecedented.
