Host Dawn Hemingway is joined by Matt Sargent, Research Manager at the UNBC-based Centre for Technology Adoption for Aging in the North (CTAAN) (Matt.Sargent@unbc.ca) and Dr. Elham Lotfalinezhad, gerontologist and postdoctoral researcher at UNBC (Eli.Lotfalinezhad@unbc.ca). Discussion focuses on strategies for avoiding frailty; getting engaged in community initiatives as we age to reduce loneliness and improve quality of life; and, finally, seeking participants for a project that utilizes remote monitoring as a support to age well in place.
