Welcome Back to Nuanced Beauty!

In an earlier episode we asked "How do you Eat?" But in today's episode we draw out some thoughts on "How do your Kids Eat?"

We've made changes to our foods, but we explore the challenges of bringing our kids along this journey too. Ultimately, we've swapped out a lot of foods in our pantry and fridge for higher quality options. To the point where Zeke's friend was confused when looking in our pantry :) I don't think she recognized a thing. That said, we have our snack, boxed foods, we've just swapped them and you probably won't see an advertisement on TV for these items.

We mention a story of Zeke and Apple Juice nonstop as a toddler. We dig into if eating healthier is expensive. We ask if we've placed a moral good/bad on food options, and put unintended stress from the dualistic thinking about foods, while also acknowledging there are healthier options and it's a choice. We share the current thorn in our side being everyone eating the same food for dinner, because currently our kids frequently have a different meal than us. Many, many more tangants and thoughts on this, so tune in!
