In today's episode, we are continuing to lay the groundwork in self-awareness by answering the question why do we do what we do.
Let's focus in on this simple thought: we will always do what makes sense to us, and what makes sense to us is based on OUR experience and knowledge. We can all explain why we proceeded down the course we took if we spend some time reflecting. Some of our reasoning may be very apparent to us, while less apparent to someone else.
