Jesus re-defined what it meant to ask people to follow. He and His disciples are approaching Jerusalem for the final time. We, of course, now know that he was going to be crucified, but his followers thought he would be coronated. His followers were about to find out what it meant to “Pick up your cross and follow Me.”
