In the 1960s expert testimony was given to a Senate subcommittee about time management. It was believed that due to advances in technology, within 20 years, we would all have a 4-day work-week. The experts testified that if we didn’t cut back, we’d have to start retiring several years sooner. Obviously, that has not happened yet and we find ourselves working harder than ever! The fact of the matter is that we all need rest. In today's message, we explore what God says about rest and what that looks like.
