Gosh darn it.

The new restrictions here in the Uk, hitting on Boxing day, mean that gyms will be closing for at least 3 weeks while we try to stop the spread of this new Covid strain. It definitely comes as a blow to all of us who loved being back in the gym and able to train the way we wanted to.

But we don't moan about our problems, we find solutions.

So I've set up a new free training group on Facebook to provide as much as I can in the way of training, nutrition, mindset, support, accountability and fun as I can to help as many people as possible get 2021 off to a flying start.

Also in todays episode, I chat a bit about what I've been thinking about in terms of training for 2021, Mainly about the physiological buffer (for want of a better term) between what we can do and what we need to do to handle our day to day activities and maintain a higher quality of life with regards to our physical and mental tools.
